MISSION

Our Mission is to adjudicate disputes between the Major Ports, Public Private Concessionaires and Port users in a time bound manner with 100% compliance to the time frame prescribed and following the principles of natural justice and professional excellence.

Our Mission is to also, constantly upgrade the skill, competence and motivation of the Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports (ABMP) personnel to bring about continual improvement for efficient discharge of the functions of the ABMP.
